Liv is a UX writer, content strategist, and copywriter who loves to iterate and connect.
Growing up with divorced parents, I learned from an early age how to manage different stakeholders with conflicting interests and shared goals, so I feel right at home balancing a business's needs with their users' goals.
I view every brand as a story told to engage and connect with its audience, and there’s nothing I love more than making that connection happen because it leads to great experiences. I believe there isn’t a person or business we can’t connect with, once we hear their story.
After building a business from scratch and working in marketing for several years, I returned to school where I received an MFA in Screenwriting. I refined my writing skills, learned complex problem-solving, and collaborated in a fast-paced environment. Developing characters for stories is the same approach I use to understand users and their needs. My philosophy is that greater understanding and respect for the user leads to greater design.
